With the development of agricultural science and technology, the influence of staple food carbohydrates on human eating habits has become deeper and deeper. People gradually realize that excessive use of carbohydrates will cause elevated blood sugar, obesity, fatigue and other negative effects, and the ensuing boycott of carbohydrate consumption of propaganda swept the Internet, people blindly follow the so-called "low-carbohydrate diet", and some women suffer from hypoglycemia, unresponsiveness, dizziness, fatigue, menstrual irregularities and other physical diseases.
When corn, rice, wheat, etc. cannot be sold as a single food, food processors add seasonings and chemical additives to various staple foods to make them more popular as puffed foods and snacks for customers. While sugar, as a cheaper flavoring than salt, is the main flavoring of processed snacks, even in baby supplements are added sugar.In July 2019, the World Health Organization released a survey that said: in 2016-2017, raised the baby food on the market in the United Kingdom, Denmark, and Spain. During the tests, it was found that some producers added fruit purees and other to increase the sugar content in the food.
If these foods are consumed regularly, they can cause tooth decay, obesity, and many other health problems for infants. It is difficult for people to control the amount of sugar they consume when eating, and the lack or fruit of sugar intake can cause harm to the body, so in the future will people's bodies produce a function that can autonomously control or excrete excess sugar?
